- Описание: In 2018 the band took 'Songs of Experience' on the road across North America and Europe. It was a tour that was widely praised but in the midst of the growing refugee crisis and the rise of extremist politics in Europe, the final night in particular, at Berlin's Mercedez-Benz Arena last November, was lauded as a show for this moment in time. As Bono's devilish alter-ego Macphisto, puts it: "Remember, Berlin, whenever you see a journalist being crushed, or children being separated from their parents, whenever the lost or the lonely are washed up on borders that are closed... you will find me.' With a new year beginning, the band have curated a special 75 minute edition of the two hour long performance, which will air as a concert special on broadcast networks as 2020 arrives. At the end of a tumultous and divisive year in many countries, the word from early screenings is that this is a show to bring people together. And in the UK, for the first time ever for a concert film, Sky Arts and Sky One will air the show at the same time, a double-channel take over.

This was followed by a fantastic tour in April 2019 from Glasgow via Warsaw to Basel, France and Germany with many full and sold out houses. But most important for the band was the enthusiastic feedback from the fans, who unanimously spoke of the “best RPWL tour ever”.

Neben einer mit komplett neu arrangierten Klassikern und nie Live gespielten Perlen gespickten Show wartet auch Abseits der Hauptbühne noch die eine oder andere Überraschung für die Hip Hop Heads.

- Описание: Как-то раз Роджер Уотерс пошутил, что сыграет "Стену" в Берлине, если Берлинская стена упадёт. Она и упала, послужив поводом для грандиознейшего концерта. Концерт проходил на Потсдамер Платц (Potsdomer Platz), который всего за 12 месяцев до выступления ещё был нейтральной территорией между Западным Берлином, Восточным Берлином и Россией. Концерт был благотворительным, и вся прибыль от продажи билетов пошла в "Мемориальный фонд помощи пострадавшим от стихийных бедствий" ('The Memorial Fund For Disaster Relief') Леонарда Чешира (Leonard Cheshire). Любопытно, что Чешир играл в одном из военных фильмов, кадры которого можно увидеть в фильме "Стена".
